Well, to be frank, for the first 2 weeks I thought I lost my money on this one. Sure it's at least half the price of anything comparable but, for the first 2 weeks the damn thing would just not start. I would follow instructions from the manual, step by step... Nothing but a sore arm and shoulder. Then I started reading about 2 stroke engines starting problems. I found an article that mentioned NEVER USE THE PRIMER BULB! 2 stroke engines are easy to flood. If you push the primer bulb JUST A TINY BIT too much...you flood the plug and no matter how much you crank..nothing. I guess that's what I had been doing for the last 2 weeks. So I let it sit for one day, looked at the primer bub, there was some gas in it, put the choke on HALF WAY and gave it a pull. Started on the first pull, I let it run on idle for the first tank. Did not stall, ran like a charm. Repeated those steps yesterday...BINGO, started on the second pull. Today? Started on the first pull!!. So unless there is no gas in the bulb DO NOT TOUCH IT. Then try it a few cranks at HALF CHOKE. It should start. Can't wait to it the pit with it when brake-in is done...
